OPTIMISM IS THE KEY

Looking at the present scenario, it is easy to feel despair. The questions we normally ask ourselves are when will this change? Will my life ever go back to normal? Are we suppose to live like this? Dealing with mind full of thoughts, we tend to feel powerlessness. We feel nothing is under our control. But the truth is, every life is powerful. We need that force in our life to move forward.

And that force is HOPE.

Hope is the starting and ending point of everything. Just like the sun radiates its light after the worst stormy days, hope illuminates the darkness of our lives.

So, how can I feel hopeful in this current situation?

Hope is a decision. When you have hope, nothing is impossible. You have the ability to change any situation. At times like this, it is vital that we ourselves become the beacons of hope. Have dialogues with people around and give them confidence that we will get through this together. Reconnect with your friends and ask about their well-being. Your words of kindness will truly touch their hearts. Use this precious time to fulfill all your goals that you once wanted to. Learn new hobbies and spend time with your family.

I truly believe that when we change, the society changes. So, let’s be kind and compassionate towards everyone.

Ending with a quote, “There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.”- John Green

  1. They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world: someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for.
